Who We Are

MangaLovers is a bilingual (English & Arabic) reading community for fans of manga, manhwa, and manhua. The site is independently operated and was built to give Arabic-speaking readers, in particular, a fast, clean, ad-light home for following the series they love — without compromising on the experience English readers expect from a modern web app.

Our Mission

We believe a reading community should be three things at once: fast (pages should load instantly even on a slow phone), respectful of the work (creators deserve attribution, takedown requests are handled promptly), and actually fun (bookmarks, reactions, comments, reading streaks, and reading-progress sync should feel native — not bolted on).

  • A curated catalog of manga, manhwa, and manhua with full-text search, category filtering, and a weekly release schedule.
  • Bilingual UI — every page works equally well in English and Arabic, with proper right-to-left layout.
  • Reader-friendly features: bookmarks, ratings, threaded comments with reactions, reading progress per chapter, and dark mode.
  • Manga Suggestions: a community panel where readers can request titles they want added.
  • Translator workspace: an in-browser tool for community translators to draft and refine Arabic translations.
  • Manga Studio: a browser-based image editor for fan creators to edit speech bubbles, add text, and export panels.
  • Reading streaks & coins: a light gamification loop that rewards consistent readers with ad-free time and chapter unlocks.

The works displayed on MangaLovers are the intellectual property of their creators, publishers, and rights holders. We aggregate and present this content for the benefit of a global reading community and respond promptly to valid takedown notices under our DMCA Policy. Where possible, we link readers to official channels (publisher sites, licensed streaming partners) so they can support the creators directly.

Editorial Independence

MangaLovers is funded by a combination of display advertising, optional reader donations, and a coin-based store for ad-free reading and chapter unlocks. Advertising partners do not influence which titles we add, surface, or remove. Editorial decisions (catalog inclusion, category curation, featured manga) are made by the site team.

Community Standards
