APPARENCE OF ZAMASU
Gowasu’s apprentice is a humanoid being, rather big and thin. His skin is pale green, his eyes are gray, and his hair and eyebrows are white. As for his clothes, he wears a long-sleeved purple shirt, covered by a gray and yellow coat. His belt is a beautiful light blue. He wears loose-fitting dark blue pants and white boots. 😎
It’s also important to note that he wears two orange earrings, called potaras, which enable fusion.
Before becoming the apprentice of Gowasu, the Supreme Kaio, Zamasu wore an inferior Kaio outfit. This style of dress consists of a black robe with a draped belt. The Kaio symbol is visible on his chest. He was not wearing ear potaras. 👂
ZAMASU’S EVIL PERSONALITY

In his opinion, these beings are too prone to continually starting wars. Zamasu sees them as primitive and useless beings. He develops a very dubious sense of justice. 👎
His logic is simple: killing these beings would be just to prevent them from systematically making the same mistakes.

BEFORE DRAGON BALL SUPER
Originally, Zamasu was the Kaio of the northern part of universe 10.
He witnessed countless battles waged by humans. Gowasu selected him to become his successor because of his excellent martial skills. Zamasu was extremely happy with this choice and promised to work for universal peace. 🙏
ZAMASU IN DRAGON BALL SUPER
In his first appearance in Dragon Ball Super, Zamasu brings his master tea. They have a brief chat. Gowasu explains to him the duties of the Supreme Kaios: to watch over the entire universe, including the mortal races. 👌
Zamasu then wonders… Do mortals deserve the protection of the gods?
Gowasu tries to make him understand the role of creation and the importance of not interfering. Mortals must be watched over and helped to rise. 👍
Following this conversation, Beerus, Whis and Goku arrive. The God of Destruction tells him about the time rings and describes the threat of Goku Black. Beerus therefore wants to check that the time rings are in the right place. 💍

Goku wins the fight and reaches out to Zamasu. The latter is forced to calm down following Gowasu’s reprimands.
After their departure, Zamasu becomes increasingly enraged and his hatred for mortals grows. He now sees them as a threat.
For their part, Whis and Beerus begin to suspect Zamasu of having a connection with Goku Black. 🤔
Later, Gowasu teaches Zamasu how to use the time ring. He explains how it works, when and how to use it. It allows them to travel into the past and future. Together, they project themselves 1000 years later onto the planet Babari. Zamasu observes with disgust that the inhabitants are in perpetual war. 💥
One of the local warriors attacks the two Kaios masters. Zamasu slices the creature in two. This triggers Gowasu’s anger, as the future has potentially been altered. Later, at the tea ceremony, the debate resumes and Zamasu openly expresses his thoughts. He considers mortals to be inherently evil and to defile the world. 👎
Later, Goku, Beerus and Whis return briefly to verify Zamasu’s guilt. Pretending to leave, they watch Zamasu murder his master Gowasu. Whis then uses time travel to save the Supreme Kaio, while Beerus decides to destroy Zamasu from this reality. Once dead, all that remains is to fight the Zamasu of the future. 👍
FIGHTING ZAMASU AND GOKU BLACK
Back on Earth, Goku and Vegeta decide to travel to the future with Trunks to check whether Zamasu is really dead. Beerus is convinced that killing him in the present has altered the timeline and that Zamasu is gone forever. 💀
However, although a new futuristic reality has been created, that of Trunks’ future still well and truly exists.
On their arrival in this dimension, the three Saiyans find to their dismay that Goku Black and Zamasu are still alive and continuing to sow terror. 😨
Remember, Goku Black is none other than the real Zamasu who took possession of Son Goku’s body in another reality. His partner is the future version of Zamasu, and the two have come together using the time ring.
In battle, they often fight together, unleashing combined attacks of rare violence. 👊👊
The three Saiyans face them bravely. Vegeta and Goku decide to target Black while Trunks attempts to seal Zamasu in a container using the Mafuba technique. ✨
Vegeta goes on a rampage and puts Goku Black in great difficulty, despite the fact that the latter is in his pinkish form.
However, the battle is far from over. Black creates a time rift and acquires numerous powers. He forms a fearsome energy scythe and sends an army of clones on the attack. 🤜
For his part, Trunks manages to imprison Zamasu briefly in the container, but the latter breaks free due to the urn’s fragility.
Goku Black decides to withdraw to help his partner. When Zamasu explains that their enemies are in fact very dangerous, they decide to play a new card.
The two antagonists then use the Potaras to merge and become a fearsomely powerful being. 😱
The result of this fusion seems invincible. However, the Kaio intervene to try and resolve the situation. They send their Potaras to Goku and Vegeta to become Vegito. 💪
The battle rages on, and Vegito in Super Saiyan Blue manages to successfully fend off the enemy, before splitting up due to the exhaustion of their energies.
Zamasu begins to lose control of his body. That’s when Trunks from the future takes over and fights heroically with his sword. 🔪
He manages to inflict severe wounds on Zamasu, until the latter is physically defeated.
Victory seems assured, but Zamasu persists. His soul is still alive and spreading throughout the universe to merge with the cosmos.
The last solution to defeat him is found by Son Goku. The Saiyan uses a switch given to him by King Zeno, which allows him to be summoned.
The master of all universes arrives and asks what’s going on.
Goku tells him that Zamasu is causing chaos and has made the planet ugly. 🌍
King Zeno then decides to destroy everything, no questions asked.
Goku and his friends return to their reality using the time machine. 🛸
Thus ends the story of Zamasu, definitely defeated forever. It took the intervention of King Zeno to destroy him once and for all. He was invincible thanks to the wish of the Super Dragon Balls. 🐲
