Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to availability. If the requested item is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and let you know when we will be able to deliver it or, alternatively, we will refund the full amount of your order, depending on the original method of payment.

PLACE OF DELIVERY

The items offered on our Web site cannot be delivered anywhere in the world, in France, Canada or the continental United States, subject to the following exceptions: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Alaska, Hawaii, military/air force base addresses, naval and air force stations (APO and FPO), U.S. protectorates and post office boxes.

DELIVERY TIME

Unless exceptional circumstances prevent us from doing so, we make every effort to fill your order within one to three working days from the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Please also allow for delays in order processing during holiday periods or special events, including Cyber Monday/Black Friday and Boxing Day. Someone must be available between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to receive delivered merchandise. This person must be able to sign for and confirm that the goods received are those ordered. Delivery dates may vary depending on factors such as carrier delivery practices, delivery location, delivery method and items ordered. In addition, items may be shipped in separate shipments.

SHIPPING COSTS

A fixed shipping charge of 0€ will be applied to all orders under 100€. All orders over 100€ (before taxes and shipping costs) will benefit from a standard delivery service free of charge. To request a higher delivery method, please contact our team to find out the associated costs. Applicable sales taxes will depend on the province or territory of shipment.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

You must notify us of any item damaged in transit within 24 hours of receipt. If the box is damaged in transit, the item received must be refused.
