MILIANA - Fairy Tail - Manga Lovers

Miliana (ミリアーナ MIRIĀNA) is a childhood friend of Erza Scarlet from the days when they were both slaves at the Paradise Tower. She also worked as Jellal’s servant for a time.

She is currently a mage in the all-female Mermaid Heel guild.

APPARENCE

Miliana is a medium-sized woman with a shapely figure. She’s also recognizable thanks to her feline appearance: she has cat-like eyes, nose and mouth. Her brown hair is styled into two cat ears on top of her head and tied into two ponytails at the base. Her face is adorned with four red tattoos in the shape of whiskers. She wears a yellow jacket with white stripes and black accents. Miliana also wears a pink dress with a white bow tie and light pink ruffles at the bottom, as well as a bell necklace and white leggings.
After 7 years, Miliana has changed her hairstyle, leaving her hair slightly tousled and abandoning the ponytails, but keeping the cat ears. She wears a collar with a bell to maintain her feline appearance. Her outfit includes a purple hooded cape, long black and purple striped leggings, evening gloves, fitted black shorts with a belt and boots. She wears no top, leaving her black bikini visible. Her Mermaid Heel tattoo is located on her back, on the left side of her chest.

PERSONALITY

Miliana is a cheerful person full of enthusiasm. She adores cats and refuses to see them harmed in any way. She also likes to imitate cats, whether by dressing like them or meowing. Miliana is close to her other friends and apologized to Erza after the events at the Tower of Heaven.
However, since her return after 7 years, she has been seeking revenge on Jellal Fernandes for forcing her to help build the Paradise Tower and for killing Simon. In order to accomplish her revenge, she joins Mermaid Heel, where there is another mage who hates Jellal.

HISTORY

Miliana was one of the children torn from their homes and forced to build the Système-R, known as the Paradise Tower. It was here that she befriended Erza, Jellal, Wally and Simon, and together they resisted the cruel “motivational methods” of their captors. One day, Erza decided it was time to rebel and inspired the other slaves to organize a revolt. Despite some sacrifices, the slaves succeeded and were able to leave the island for good. However, Jellal, now under the control of Ultear Milkovich (who was posing as Zeleph), destroyed the boat that would have taken them off the island and claimed Erza was responsible to convince Miliana and her friends to stay and complete the tower.

MAGIC AND CAPABILITIES

Hindering Magic (拘束魔法 Kōsoku Mahō): This magic allows Miliana to create and manipulate hindering tubes that she can use to restrain or attack her opponents.
Feline Entanglement (ネ拘束チューブ Nekōsoku Chūbu) : Miliana has the ability to create magical ropes that she can throw towards her target to effectively bind and restrain it. The ropes can tighten or stretch at Miliana’s will. They are also capable of preventing those around them from using magic.

Kitten Blast (キトゥンブラスト Kitoun Burasuto): Miliana releases several hindering tubes in a spiraling motion, generating considerable magical power. The resulting explosion is powerful enough to reach a score of 365 on the magic power scale, which Official Lahar says is enough to be squad captain.

Close combat: Miliana has demonstrated her skill in close combat during her clashes. In her fight with Kagura Mikazuchi against Leon Bastia and Yuka Suzuki at the Tournament of Magic, she used various close-combat techniques in conjunction with her hindering magic to hold her own.

Secret weapon: Claw Blows: Using her sharp nails, Miliana rushes at her opponents and inflicts slashes to their faces, leaving distinctive scars.

Feline punch: Miliana runs towards her opponent, leaps onto his shoulders and wraps her legs around his neck to deliver a series of swift punches to the face.
