FROSH (フロッシュ FUROSSHU) IS AN EXCEED AND A MAGE BELONGING TO FIORE’S MOST POWERFUL FORMER GUILD: SABERTOOTH.
APPARENCE
Frosh is a small green anthropomorphic cat with a long tail, able to stand on his hind legs. His large round eyes are adorned with prominent eyelashes, and his cheeks are pink.
Frosh’s entire body, with the exception of his face, is covered in a pink, frog-like costume dotted with numerous black spots. This costume includes a flat belly, webbed hands and a hood depicting a frog’s head, on which rest two beady eyes.
PERSONALITY
Frosh is a cheerful creature with a habit of speaking in the third person and agreeing with other people’s opinions, whatever they may be. In addition, he tends to ask questions that others might consider redundant, as when he was reprimanded by Lecter for asking who would prevail between Orga and Warcry. Frosh also feels great affection for Yukino and apparently had a close relationship with her when she was part of Sabertooth. He was visibly saddened by her exclusion from the guild and mentioned feeling lonely afterwards. Frosh fears being excluded from Sabertooth himself, but according to Rogue, these fears are unfounded as he is well-liked by his comrades.
Frosh loves Snape and was very worried when he was beaten by Jienma. He is also very outgoing and willing to put himself in danger to protect those he loves, as when he rushed to where Gajil and Snape were fighting, intending to free Snape from the “Shadow”. Once there, he protected Snape from Gajil, as Snape was about to succumb if the fight had continued.
Frosh also maintains a close relationship with Lecter and is almost always in his company, except when he’s with Rogue. When Lecter was “killed” by Jienma, Frosh was left in a state of total shock. Later, on the last day of the Magic Tournament, Frosh was clearly depressed in the absence of his friend by his side.
