When will I receive my order?

Our team requires a maximum of 10 to 15 working days to process your order, manufacture the products and deliver them free of charge. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, while maintaining the quality of our products.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs €3.99, and is free for purchases over €40.

My order is not complete

If your order contains more than one item, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Rest assured, your package will be delivered shortly.

I have not received my order

In the event of a problem with your delivery, such as a lost, broken or destroyed parcel, our secure delivery takes care of the dispute on your behalf. We’re committed to customer satisfaction and don’t blame the carrier, leaving you to fend for yourself. We take full responsibility by sending you a new parcel quickly and free of charge. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail. Our team will do its utmost to meet your expectations.


Can I change my order?

This is possible, provided your order has not yet been “processed”.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time. However, if the order is already in preparation, a cancellation fee equivalent to 40% of the purchase price will be applied. We are available by e-mail to answer any questions you may have and to assist you in this process.

I would like to return an item

We can only accept returns if the product is faulty. Before each shipment, our products undergo strict quality controls. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product (in the original packaging if possible) by e-mail, together with your order number. For your return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

My garment is too small

We provide our valued customers with a size guide for all our textiles to avoid sizing problems. Our team measures each item and describes it accordingly. However, if an item does not fit, the buyer assumes full responsibility. We understand that this can be frustrating, so please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support by e-mail to find a solution that satisfies you, such as possible compensation.

As a general rule, we only allow the use of one discount code per order, except in exceptional circumstances.

I've received an import tax

We are able to legally ship our products anywhere in the world. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any import taxes applicable in their country. We are not responsible for these taxes and decline all liability in this respect.
